Redwolf Key is a complete Android finance-locker solution for businesses that finance mobile devices. It connects retailer onboarding, device protection, payment-aware policy, operational visibility and secure completion.
Which devices can I use it on?
This solution is for supported Android devices. Compatibility depends on the model, Android version and enrollment method. Contact our team to check your devices before getting started.
What happens when a payment is overdue?
Your authorised team can apply the configured finance policy, send a payment reminder and, where agreed and supported, temporarily pause device access. The customer receives a clear message directing them to their finance provider.
Can a device be unlocked without internet?
An authorised retailer can generate a short-lived emergency offline recovery QR for supported locked devices. Normal secure online verification remains the preferred workflow.
Does Redwolf Key track location all the time?
No. Precise location is collected only after an authorised, audited locate request and when the required device permission is available.
What happens after the finance agreement is complete?
An authorised permanent-release workflow removes device management. After release, the phone cannot be managed again without a new supported enrollment.
